Community Guidelines

To foster a trusted, respectful, and high-quality investor community, all members of PaperWealth Circle are expected to follow the guidelines below when interacting with other members. Any member found violating these guidelines may have their membership suspended or terminated.

1. Maintain Confidentiality

Members highly value privacy and share experiences, perspectives, and opportunities with the understanding that confidentiality will be respected. The identity of members, discussions, investment opportunities, presentations, documents, and any information shared within PaperWealth Circle must remain strictly confidential and should not be disclosed outside the community without prior permission.

2. No Solicitation

PaperWealth Circle is designed to be a trusted environment focused on authentic relationships, unbiased insights, and meaningful discussions. Direct or indirect solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited. Members should never feel pressured to purchase products, services, or participate in commercial activities. 3. Curated Opportunities Only

Investment opportunities shared within PaperWealth Circle are evaluated and curated by RVM Partners. Members may only participate in opportunities introduced through PaperWealth Circle or approved by the investment team. Members should not bypass the established process to directly approach sponsors, managers, or investment partners introduced through the platform without prior approval. To ensure transparency, consistency, and effective communication, all investment-related questions should be directed to the PaperWealth Circle team. Members must not represent themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of PaperWealth Circle or RVM Partners.

4. Respect and Professionalism

PaperWealth Circle is built on trust, professionalism, and shared values. Members are expected to engage respectfully, even when opinions differ. Personal attacks, disrespectful conduct, or questioning another member’s intentions are not acceptable. Members should avoid divisive discussions relating to politics, religion, or other sensitive topics unless directly relevant to investment, economic, or policy discussions. Respect for personal and professional boundaries is expected at all times, including during in-person events and networking sessions.

5. Use Real Identity

All members are expected to use their real names and authentic professional identities. Transparency strengthens trust and enhances the quality of interactions within the community. Profile photographs should accurately represent the member and should not include company logos, advertisements, or images of other individuals.

Solicitation & Professional Conduct

Our no-solicitation policy protects PaperWealth Circle as a confidential, unbiased, and trusted investor community. Members should not use the platform for personal financial gain, business promotion, or commercial activities.

No Solicitation

Solicitation includes any direct or indirect attempt to promote, market, or sell products, services, investment opportunities, or commercial ventures to community members.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Direct Messages
Sending messages promoting businesses, consulting services, products, investment opportunities, or professional services through the platform or external channels.

Discussions & Links
Starting discussions or sharing content, links, or resources primarily intended to generate business, leads, or commercial benefit.

Promotional Content
Posting advertisements, business promotions, events, fundraising campaigns, charitable initiatives, or commercial announcements.

Unsolicited Recommendations
Recommendations should only be shared when specifically requested by another member and must be free from personal financial interest.

Lead Generation
Using the community to build prospect lists, generate business leads, collect member information, or establish commercial relationships.

Seeking Clients or Capital
Actively seeking clients, customers, referrals, donations, investment capital, or participants for external ventures, funds, businesses, or professional services.

Personal Media & Content
Promoting personal newsletters, blogs, podcasts, social media channels, or content platforms for commercial purposes.

Surveys & Research
Requesting participation in surveys, interviews, or market research connected to commercial interests.

External Links
Unsolicited links to commercial products or services are prohibited. Educational or informational resources may be shared when relevant and non-promotional.

Indirect Solicitation
Indirect promotion through excessive self-promotion, showcasing expertise for commercial benefit, or repeatedly highlighting business interests is prohibited.

Unauthorized Referrals
Introducing members to sponsors, advisors, vendors, or service providers without their consent is not permitted.

If you discover an investment opportunity that may benefit the community, please contact the PaperWealth Circle team for evaluation.

Professional & Respectful Communication

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Healthy debate and thoughtful disagreement are encouraged. However, interactions must remain constructive and aligned with the values of the community. 

The following are prohibited:

Political campaigning or advocacy.
Personal attacks or offensive language.
Hostile, inflammatory, or disrespectful comments.
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
Condescending or demeaning behavior.
Spam or repetitive content.

Permitted Knowledge Sharing

PaperWealth Circle encourages members to share experiences, knowledge, and insights.
Permitted activities include:

Responding to requests for recommendations or advice.
Sharing personal investment experiences.
Offering expertise relevant to discussions.
Connecting with members based on shared interests.

Transparency & Disclosure

To maintain trust and integrity, members should:

Disclose relevant professional expertise when appropriate.
Acknowledge any potential conflicts of interest.
Clearly state any personal involvement in an investment or opportunity being discussed.

Reporting Violations

Members may report concerns confidentially through platform tools or by contacting the PaperWealth Circle team directly. All reports will be handled discreetly and reviewed appropriately.

No Data Scraping or Content Harvesting

Members may not scrape, copy, systematically collect, download, or use community discussions, member information, or other content for external purposes. This includes using automated tools, AI systems, or manual processes to collect member information or community content at scale. Any behavior suggesting misuse of community information may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

Moderation Process

PaperWealth Circle reserves the right to monitor, review, edit, remove, or relocate content to protect the integrity and values of the community. All moderation decisions will be made by the PaperWealth Circle moderation team and will be considered final.

Consequences

Members found violating these policies may receive warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

These guidelines may be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure they continue to support a trusted and thriving investor community.
